Do you handle the brand strategy?
Short answer is no. We focus primary on the visual identity. We have a thoughtful questionnaire to extract the required information and even provide some best practices, but the brand strategy is your responsibility.
Do you offer refunds?
Due the the nature and amount of the work we do, we cannot offer any refunds.
What are some of the brand applications you provide?
This can vary depending on the brand, but could included, but not limited to: homepage hero, social media, business card, shirts, billboards, signage, and more.
What is included in the brand guideline?
Specification on logo usage, color pallet, and typography.
How do you handle commercially licensed fonts?
If we find/recommend a paid licensed font, we'll send to you for approval and you'll have to purchase the license separately.
